Our Satisfaction Guarantee:
Your satisfaction with our PFYH accessories is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied, PFYH Alpaca Inc. will be glad to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise in their original condition, not including shipping charges, for up to 30 days from receiving your order. Product must be accompanied with an original PFYH Alpaca Inc. receipt or mail order packing invoice. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid for merchandise. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Please allow a processing time of two to three weeks for refunds and exchanges. PFYH Alpaca Inc. reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

Returns from Canada
For items being returned to PFYH Alpaca Inc., please pack and seal your return securely, using an insured carrier service. This service is offered by Canada Post, UPS, Fed Ex and other carriers. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. PFYH does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Returns from the United States

Please ensure that you include the appropriate customs paperwork so that you will not be charged to ship the item back into Canada. This service is offered by Federal Express, UPS and other carriers. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. PFYH does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

EXPORT INFORMATION
For orders exported to the United States, the following will apply:

All products that are made in Canada will be duty and tax free (orders will be accompanied with a NAFTA Certificate of Origin)

For all products that are made in countries other than Canada, all duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.
