Clean patent leather only with products formulated specifically for cleaning genuine patent leather. Clean all other leather with quality leather cleaning products. Take care to protect baby alpaca fleece from the leather cleaning solution.
Baby Alpaca Fleece
Use a quality, brand-name spot cleaning solution to spot-remove small stains on the baby alpaca fleece panels on the handbags. We performed tests using a Tide-To-GoTM stain removal pen on small set-in stains on the following color baby alpaca fleece: black, brown, burgundy, red, pink, and cream.
Our test results show that common stains are successfully removed on all color baby alpaca fleece.

Professional dry clean only.

Handbags:
Store handbag in protective dust cover bag provided. Store standing upright with handles in upright position. This preserves and protects the baby alpaca fleece.

At this time, it is not possible to specify international destinations outside of the U.S. and Canada when placing an order online. However, you may have your pfyhalpaca.com purchase shipped to an international address by calling Customer Service at 1-800- 258-0305.
All orders for Canada and the United States will ship via Federal Express. Upon checkout, you will have the choice to select either Federal Express Ground or Federal Express Priority service, where applicable.
Delivery to Post Office Boxes
Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Calculating Shipping Cost
Shipping costs from pfyhalpaca.com are based on your order weight and delivery method you choose. Shipping charges are based on standard Federal Express Ground service rates. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and Proceed to Checkout. Once at the checkout screen, adding your shipping information will calculate your shipping cost for either Standard or Priority shipping. (Standard shipping applies in areas where Priority may not be available)

Is my order total in Canadian or U.S. dollars?
All prices listed on the pfyhalpaca.com website are displayed in U.S. dollars. However, with the online shopping cart, you may select to shop in either Canadian or U.S. dollars. Depending on which option you select, those respective dollar amounts will be displayed.
What is the cost when shipping to the United States?
In addition to the merchandise and shipping cost, the following charges apply:
- United States Duty: Duty is tax imposed on imports by the United States Customs Authority. Duty rates vary based on the type of products you are importing and the country they came from or were made in. For items made in Canada that are shipped to the U.S., no duty or tax will be incurred. For all items made in countries other than Canada and shipping to the U.S., all duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.
When will my order arrive?
Orders to the United States are shipped via Federal Express. Items in stock will ship within 2 - 3 business days.

Visa, Master Card, and American Express. At this time we do not accept Debit-only cards requiring a pin for purchase.
Will I be charged a conversion fee from my bank or credit card company?
If you shop in "Canadian dollars" and your transaction is completed with a Canadian bank-issued credit card, there will be no conversion fee. If you shop in "U.S. dollars" and your transaction is completed with a U.S. bank-issued credit card, there will be no conversion fee.
